Information you choose to share

Our website does not have a contact form. When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we receive the details you share, which may include:

• Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
• Your business name, industry and location
• Information about your marketing, lead flow or sales process that you share during an enquiry or Growth Audit

Information collected automatically when you visit

When you visit vizznary.com, our website and the tools it uses collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (derived from your IP address), the pages you view, how long you stay, the links and buttons you click, and the website that referred you.

We use the following tools to do this:

• Google Analytics (added through Google Site Kit), to understand how many people visit our website, which pages they view and how they interact with them. It sets cookies in your browser.
• Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use our pages, for example through heatmaps of clicks and scrolling and recordings of how a visit moves through a page. We have configured Clarity to mask sensitive information, such as text typed into input fields, before it is recorded. Clarity may set cookies in your browser.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on our pages. When your browser loads these fonts, Google receives your IP address.

These tools are provided by Google and Microsoft and process this information under their own privacy policies. We use the reports they provide to improve our website. We do not use them to identify you personally.

The same applies to the email and phone providers you use to contact us. We do not control how these platforms handle your data.

05When we share information

We share personal information only when it is needed, for example:

• With service providers that help us run our website and business, such as our website hosting provider and the analytics tools listed above, only to the extent they need it to provide their service

06Data we handle for our clients

When we build marketing, WhatsApp or automation systems for a client, we may process information about that client's own customers on the client's instructions. That processing is governed by our agreement with the client, and the client remains responsible for having a lawful basis and the required consent. 07How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, including any legal, tax or accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

For website analytics, we have set Google Analytics to keep event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. Microsoft Clarity data is kept according to Microsoft's standard retention periods.

08Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your information where we no longer need to keep it
• Stop using your information where you previously gave consent

10Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, as described above, and may also use cookies that are needed for the website to work.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
